signing up as easy as possible:

3. In person when you come for your first class
Now all you have to do is sign up for your classes!
Private sessions are available throughout the week at various times.

We are currently offering free 15 minute consults as well.
Instructions for New Clients:
1. Click the link above and Select Your Membership Type
2. Select A Class from the calendar
3. If it's your first time you will be prompted to create a username and password. If you've been here before it will as you to log in.
4. Complete your booking and schedule your next class.
OPTION: If this is tedious for you we are happy to book your classes over the phone.
You can start your membership at any time during the month. We are confident that you are going to love our classes so we don't require any contracts.
We are located at 214-852 Fort Street
Left side of Fort Street between Quadra and Blanshard, much closer to Quadra. The pisture to the right is actually our building.
Information for New Clients
You should receive an email confirmation with your appointment /class details. If you do not receive these, please call us at 250-590-5221.
Please arrive about 5 minutes early.
There is lots of on street parking but we recommend using the Broughton Street parkade between Blanshard and Douglas under the library. The 1st hour is FREE.
If your appointment/class is after 6pm or on a Saturday the lobby doors will be locked. There is a buzzer just to the right. Buzz suite 214 and we can let you in.
